As HSEQ Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, reporting, and optimizing occupational, safety, and environmental procedures within the company.
Your main responsibilities
• Plan, implement, monitor, and optimize occupational health, safety, and environmental protection processes and policies in the company
• Promote HSEQ measures both internally and to external stakeholders
• Coordinate with our Owners and Charterers on audits and safety assessment programs
• Develop risk assessments and occupational health and safety analyses for our operations
• Manage and lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Evaluating and reporting for HSE key statistics
• Training key employees on occupational, health, and environmental procedures and company policies
• Liaise with Legal Department, Engineering Department, Crewing Department, and Operations Department
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractors
• HSEQ Advisor as on-site representative
• Assist the Head of HSE with ad-hoc projects and services as needed
Required qualifications
• At least one or more year(s) work experience in setting up and implementing HSE related topics, preferable in the maritime/heavy lift industry
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Shipping (nautical-technical focus preferred) or successfully completed training as a shipbroker or other equivalent training
Special interest in HSEQ topics
• High proficiency in English and German (both languages at negotiation level, written and spoken)
• Strong handling of MS Office applications

Your main responsibilities
• Handling day-to-day freight indications for our MPP fleet
• Calculating freight rates and preparing indications based on client requirements
• Negotiating freight and contract details on a firm basis with clients
• Monitoring vessel bookings and space condition
• Tender management for major EPC’s and preparation of commercial proposals
• Developing new accounts and markets and maintain existing relationships as a key accountant
