Our fleet consists of 22 modern heavy-lift vessels, all of which are in service worldwide. This is complemented by efficient shore-based structures that ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective vessel operations.

OFFICE LOCATION: HAMBURG

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate crew changes and travel arrangements for our seafarers.
  • Applying for flag state documents and visa applications for our seafarers.
  • Maintaining our crew database and records to ensure that all certifications are up to date.
  • Assist the recruitment process, selection and interviews of seafarers and cadets for our fleet.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards related to crewing.
  • Building a personal relationship with our seafarers and cadets.
  • Support the General Manager Crewing and serve as a backup when needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed shipping apprenticeship or apprenticeship in maritime industry.
  • Previous experience in Crewing within the maritime industry is preferred.
  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple crewing tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset to address crewing challenges effectively.
  • Availability for occasional weekend duty on standby if required
  • We are looking for a positive team player with a high proficiency in English.
  • Open-minded, proactive, passionate and engaged.
